I created the above website in 2003 after looking at many other Internet directories. I felt that they all had one thing in common, that is, they were all built to suit those particular businesses rather than their customers. I have built IBD to suit my customers not IBD. The web pages of IBD customers are first of all found in the search engines and secondly - just one click from the search results shows my customers page, where all the information is about their business and nothing but their business.
My skills are getting businesses found on the Internet, thus generating genuine enquiries that turn into business, and advising upon website optimisation. I base this statement upon the fact that my website enjoys a number one ranking in Google and receives over half a million hits each month.
I was invited to join the KISS group at its inception, and have attended each meeting where we try to find ways of helping each other and provide information to other businesses within Congleton Borough. One huge benefit is being able to invite guest speakers from various agencies to learn what information and training facilities are available to local businesses. I think one thing that we all agree about is the importance of striving to help young people in the Borough as they are our future.
